Uploading Images to Online Express

Hello,


I am currenlty using a Mac and I am trying to upload images to Online Express to be able to use in my emails. When I go to do this, it says that I have restrictions due to my computer. I'm not sure what that means and why it won't let me upload anything. 

Let me know what needs to happen in order to get this fixed.
