Email Addresses Not in RE

I am about to send out an email blast. I have a list of names and emails on an excel sheet that are not in RE database. Is there a way to import those email addresses into NetCommunity without making them constituents in RE?

    Gina - Thank you very much for taking the time to reply. I got around to chatting with Target Analytics and they directed me to an article which helped tremendously. I have already uploaded the 'Imported List' into NetCommunity. The article: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/49244 I am fairly new to RE and NetCommunity so, I am still learning a lot.
