Sending one email to multiple email addresses on a single record

Hi - we are preparing for online event registrations for an upcoming event, and would like to be able to send out an email blast to more than one address per account - ideally we'd be able to at least send to both members of a household at their separate email addresses without having to create a separate RE account for the spouse (or assistant) or send in two batches.  I had heard blackbaud was addressing ability to send to multiple accounts at one RE record at the same time. Does anyone know if this functionality is there and if not, how are you managing?

You should be able to do this with Online Express, unless I'm missing something in what you posted.  However, since this post is in the RE:7 General Discussions Topic, I don't know what your situation is.


Do you have Online Express (OLX), NetCommunity, Luminate Online, or one of Blackbaud's online solutions?  Do you instead use another vendor like Constant Contact or MailChimp?  Each would be a different situation/response/answer.


If you have a BB product that sends emails, I would recommend looking in the Help files for that product (OLX has a selection of videos), searching the Knowledgebase and How-To documents on BB.com, or starting a Support Chat with someone in the appropriate product.  And/or post back here with what product it is (even an external one) and others will be better able to respond with useful information. 


(And you might also ask Holly Herbert to move this post to the area of the Community for the BB product you have, which may get you more & better responses.)
