Online Express - Hospital Foundations willing to share?

Options
We are planning our switch from NetCommunity to Online Express and would love to see how other hospital or major medical foundations have set up giving pages using Online Express.  We have limited ability to create pages on our parent company sites, so any examples from similiar organizatons will really be helpful. Anyone willing to share links to their pages? Thanks!!!

  • Not sure ours are anything special, but you are welcome to check it out.  www.arkansashospice.org.

  • We switched from NetCommunities last year (which no one had the skills to manage and was very slow when donors went online to give) to OLX, which has been easy to learn and manage for me (database manager) and our hospital's web admin team.  The setup was quick, and the customer training and support is very helpful. Holy Name Medical Center Foundation's website link is: www.holyname.org/foundation if you want to check it out.

Gail & Beverly, I noticed on both of your website forms that when you check the box for tribute gifts the drop down to designate the gift is "in memory of" or "in honor of" has the memorial gift as the first choice.  I would like ours to be like that but can't figure out how.  On ours the honor gift is the first choice and it is not a free form text box so I can't figure out how to change it.  Can you share how you did that please?  Thanks

Thanks so much for sharing. I haven't been able to check it out yet, but wanted you to know I appreciate the response!

Have you tried playing with the order of the tribute types in RE? I think this is where you'll see it...

RE > Config > Tables > Show All > Tribute Types

The order the table entries are listed is the order they appear in the drop down.  I just checked with ours. I have In Memory first in the table and that's how it appears in our online form:
    https://marshfieldclinic.org/giving/donate

The page is just the form, because we link to it from all over our website. You're welcome to poke around wherever!

We're a clinic, not hospital, but a few more examples if they help:

https://www.marshfieldclinic.org/giving/awareness (this is run as an event registration on the backend, in order to get that shopping cart style for purchasing buttons.)
