Bug in TR Reports?

At a recent Team Raiser event we noticed the reports not aligning correctly so I reached out to Blackbaud and was told:

It looks as if there is an bug that has been reported that is affecting TeamRaiser registrations and causing some to take longer to post and in some cases not post at all without support intervening. I believe this may be what has occurred here. Do you know if currently there are any other records that are not showing on your report that should be?

Has anyone else experienced this? It's very frustrating to learn of new bugs after an important event.

    There are a lot of bugs in reporting across the board right now. I have two cases open for e-mail reports that are not correct. Needless to say, it wouldn't be Luminate if it didn't have bugs.


    It seems like we find a new one every day.

    Can you please let me know how you found this bug? Was it just from participant compliants?


    This is my first year using TeamRaiser (previoulsy used Sphere/Friends Asking Friends for my events) and I have already expereienced some other report is0 issues. With 40 events and over 20,000 participants annually I'd like to make sure reporting goes as smoothly as possible.

    Do you have a Case Number or Bug ID for this? I'd like to pursue this and get some clarification on what is meant by "causing some to take longer to post and in some cases not post at all without support intervening." 


    Does that mean the registrations take time to get logged (and maybe don't) or does it mean that the report takes time to see them (and maybe doesn't)? "Some time" - like minutes, hours, days (that is incredibly odd behavior!)?  "Without Support intervening..." - how, what do they need to do, how do we know when to ask them to intervene?


    We have run in to a couple of cases where a participant record could not be found and have assumed user error in registration. As an affiliate organization it is not unheard of for users to confuse our affiliate site or contact info with that of another affiliate or even the national HQ... Very difficult to "prove" or "know" what we are missing if the report is where it is missing from ;~)
