Givalanche URL is not working

Greetings. We implemented the Givalanche feature on our main donation form and the url doesn't work correctly in the response email received by a donor.  I believe that it has something to do with the "?givalance=XXXXX" formatting not working correctly with our .asp designed website.  Our site designer gave us the ability to put a custom url in place, so our page urls didn't read...".org/Information.asp?TopicID=XXX".  So our page now is ".org/donate"  So I am thinking that when the givalanace url places a "?" back into the url, it is confusing the server and a 404 error is being seen.  


Love the idea...but we can't implement it with this issue!
