Anyone have experience or tips on moving from Sphere to Online Express?

Any concerns with the database we have from Raiser's Edge and using lists or there's no concern? Trying to see if there's anything we should do with the lists in advance or it's as simple as we can start using Online Express?


Also, any way to pull old creative out of Sphere into Online Express for historical purposes or just even to archive it elsewhere for historical purposes?

Hi!


I moved from Sphere to BBNC to OLX, so while it's not quite the same as your situation, it is close.


All OLX emails are sent via queries in RE, so I'm not sure how your lists in Sphere are set up, but you need to make sure that data is in RE in a way that you can query on it.


As for creative, you can't import it into OLX. I sent myself copies of emails that I didn't have and/or took screenshots of what was relevent.
