Finding a fund when downloading a transaction

Hi - I am trying to link a fund to an online transaction.  When I pull up the "Find the Fund" box to select the fund, the option to "OK" or "Cancel" does not come up on the form.  Therefore, the fund does not link.  Anyone have an ideas of why I can't link this?  Thank you!

    Thanks for posting on the Community! In The Raiser's Edge, and therefore in Online Express, we commonly find that screen resolution or font size on your computer can cause buttons or windows to look funny or be cut off. If you're not seeing the "OK" or "Cancel" buttons, it sounds to me like your screen resolution on your computer is probably set to a larger size than the default, which may be cutting those buttons off.


    On your workstation, try going to Start > Control Panel > Display, and be sure your Display is set to 100% (default). This is what The Raiser's Edge and tools inside of RE (like Online Express) are coded to display properly with. Instead of setting your computer to show everything larger all the time, try using the Magnifier tool to just enlarge certain areas of the screen as you need it. This way, The Raiser's Edge will always get along with your display settings and show you all the stuff you need to in order to work with it successfully!
