Name for Attribute Description

Options
Does anyone have a clever name for Attribute Description, to indicate a prospect that is to be invited to special events? Literally this person was added to the database as a lead. Like 1 or 2 words which sound better than "Identified Prospect"?

These are individuals or organization records that will be added to the database that I don't want to lose track of, but need to be included.  The nice thing about the attribute is that I can record the date they were added and use comment to record the origin.

I will query on this description, to see they are added to event mailings (save the date and invitations).

I'm just at a loss for what to name it!

Fun question.  From your brief description of your reason for adding them, here's some possible thoughts - some better than others but might spark someone else. laugh

    Prospective Partner

    Future friend

    Special event prospect

    Special event invitee

Guess it depends on how specific you want name to be and clear to others what attribute is used for....

  • We have an attribute called Invite List.  It's a table driven attribute and we list specific events in the table.  We can then query off of the description.

So, we were pulling a query for the invitation list based on folks who had attended previously, met some other type of criteria, OR had an attribute of Invite List with a description of 2015 Engage (the event title).

    Would that workk for you?

  • Both very good ideas.  Thanks.

I likely wouldn't put a year/number in the name, because this is something that would apply to multiple events.  And I can use the attribute date to track when it was added to the record.
