Constituent Profile printing bug and Windows 7

Hello, just wanted to offer a bit of insight on the problem addressed on KB article https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/73988. BB there states that "We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information," and suggests granting db_datareader rights to users suffering this problem.



I would like to add the note that in our organization, this error only occurs on certain Constituent records (older ones imported from an older database system) and only on computers operating Windows 7. (And, since Windows 7 is not well integrated into a server system like Windows XP PCs, our IT tech tells me it is imjpossible to grant db_datareader rights on these computers.) All of our computers running Windows XP have no problem with this error.



Am curious if anyone knows whether this error has been resolved on the 7.95 upgrade?
