Making a pdf of the newsletter for printing paper version

Is there some way to create a pdf of the online newsletter for us to pass out copies to our board and to post on our Facebook group that includes donors for whom we do not have email addresses?

I don't believe there is any sort of automated function for this, but it would be nice to have.



You could simply create a pdf of the email message once it's sent.  I would suggest including a dummy email in your database that is included on all OLX Lists (like Development@___).  Then access the message from this account and print to a pdf (using a generic email address means no staff email will appear in the header of the printed message).  If you don't already have a pdf printer, CutePDF Writer is a free one you can download from the internet.  It appears as a printer on your system, but instead of printing a physical piece of paper, it generates a pdf saved to your computer.



And add this idea to the OLX Idea Bank (then post a link to the Idea as a comment in this thread so others can easily go vote).  Once the RE:NXT Attachment function is added to Appeal Records, it would be great if pushing the OLX data to RE included automatically generating and saving a pdf version of the message to the RE Appeal Record.  Potentially also the option to push the image to your org's FB page with the push of a button or a setting in the message setup...
