Addressee/salutation fields

Does an OLX donor's addressee and salutation fields get completed in RE when gifts are processed?  This was a function in Net Community, but I don't see it occurring with OLX, unless we are not doing something correctly.

You can set up Default Sets (one for Individual Records and one for Organization Records) and they will be automatically added to downloaded OLX Sign Ups.  These can be set in RE and then selected in OLX, or you can set them up from within OLX.



Online Express > Account > Integration Options > Constituents



If you are not familiar with Default Sets, you should be!  They can be a great time-saver when entering data in a variety of places in RE.  You can do much more than just Addressee/Salutations.

Thank you Jennifer!  I forgot how i had the default set up in NetCommunity!  I am looking at other ways to use default sets.
