What are the differences between BBNC Pro, Grow, and Spark? Is it a different product or just different offerings?

    Each are the same product (Blackbaud NetCommunity) but are purchased initially as different offerings. These offerings enable our customers to choose which level of engagement they would prefer to have during both initial implementation plus ongoing strategic services.



    Each offering does have minor variants in terms of product functionality however customers can always upgrade to a larger offering when they choose to expand their use of BBNC at any time. We encourage you to work with your account manager when you'd like to explore the added implementation benefits, ongoing services, and additional functionality provided by BBNC Grow & Pro.
