Our internet service provider for the Boston data center is down right now. That means anyone hosted out of Boston is down, all NetCommunity emails are down, and the payment service is down. We also expect to experience a high call volume in support due to this, so we ask that you please not call with questions about the outage. I'll keep this thread updated as news develops.
