NC form data after being processed to EE

What do you do with the data in NC Forms after it has been processed to EE? I'm not sure we want to delete it, but can it be stored somewhere away from the Forms/Data tab?

    This information is stored in the Data tab of the forms section. You can keep it forever, delete it, whatever you want.
