Ability to Add Gifts to a Recurring Batch

We recently had a data entry error where a batch was committed before its time. No problem I think, I will just make the batch recurring and continue adding BBNC gifts to it and delete the gifts committed in error. Nope. Won't work.



Everyone has different rules and policies for batching and adding gifts. One of ours required me to keep all of these gifts in one batch.



Now I've got 2 batches that I have to tediously explain to my business office and auditors.

We're NetCommunity experts on this board. It sounds like you need help with batches in The Raiser's Edge. I recommend reaching out to The Raiser's Edge support to find if there's a workaround, or what the best place is to provide this feedback if there's not.

This is kind of the problem with having 2 boards - BBNC sends me to RE and RE sends me to BBNC. Should BB just work together? Just a suggestion.
