Newsletter Subscriptions in BBIS. Anyone use them?

I wonder if any other sites are using the Newsletter functionality in BBIS. We are finding some challenges.


For example, it appears that there is no way to opt out of a newsletter once you subscribe.


Plus nothing from the newsletter subscription every writes to BCRM. So there is no way for most of our staff to even know if one of their customers has signed up for or are receiving newsletters. Any information you have to share would be great.

To speak to the opt outs, when we use newsletters it should automatically add that as a selection on the user email preferences part, so when people click the unsubscribe link it's unsubscribing them from just that newsletter. What are you seeing that's not letting them do that? It sounds like we may have something we need to look into with you.
