Location of save button when editing Images or HTML

This is somewhat minor in the whole scheme of things, but in 6.51 HTML editor (and in previous version of Images editor), the save button cannot be reached without maximizing my screen (even though I start out with the screen maximized). I am using Chrome and a standard 15-inch laptop. Is this something others experience? And is there any adjustment that could be made?

On my 19 inch monitor (resolution 1440 x 900), the save button is always on the cusp of the taskbar. It's a wee bit maddening. Could the windows be made just a tad smaller to make the buttons more easily available?
