Event Registration with Paying Guests - eliminate address or be able to auto fill from previous item

Is there a way to set up Event registration to not have to enter the address over and over again for the same person for each unit they are attending with money involved?

Hello Linda!



It's definitely not required to enter the address each time. Below is a screenshot of the address options when you select New Individual (Which I am assuming is your area of concern. Please correct me if I'm wrong.). As you can see Unknown, and the address for the user you're logged in as are both options. Either of these can be selected instead of selecting New Address. If you are concerned about the choice being confusing for your registrants, I would recommend adding some information about this to the attendee helplet (You can get to this by editing the event registration form and selecting the helplet tab).

When we have an event there could be three or four units within the event. When you have guests it will ask for the name each time and we are looking for an address to be filled in automatically from the first unit having the guest information on it. So when you put in the persons name again it auto fills the address on the secon and third unit.

Also, one of the features of 6.51's new event registration part will be a 'same as' option that can be used to ease data entry.
