add contact form to net spark page

If you create a link, there's an option to make a mail link. I think that's what you're looking for.

The link wizard is the same all over NetCommunity, so the form doesn't matter if I'm understanding your question correctly.

Thanks, attempting to add that link to an already established event reg form, cannot get that to work, but am successful when creating a new part on that event page. however, not sure if I have done it correctly as that part does not show on tablets, mobiles etc. The page is optimised for mobile...Any ideas?
