Fonts change when email is received in Microsoft Outlook - how to prevent this?

My biggest issue with using NetCommunity is that while I may have created an email that looks great on the website itself, once emails are sent out they don't look like the one I created. For example, I find that the font often changes and I don't know how to stop that happening. It also happens (perhaps this is linked to the change in font?) that sometimes an email that was nicely lined up in NetCommunity no longer looks the way it did when created once it arrives in my Outlook inbox. Is there something I can do about this?
