How do you re-print a receipt from BBIS?

When a donor contacts us to ask for a duplicate copy of their receipt from a donation made via a BBIS donation page, how do we do this?



The donor may have entered an invalid email address, lost their original email with the link to the receipt or not be able to access the receipt in BBIS.



As we use a W prefix for our BIS receipts, we get an error in CRM if we try to print it using a CRM process, so we can't do it that way.



Is there a link to download a receipt in BBIS somewhere?

We can't reprint them out of NetCommunity, so getting it from CRM is the way to go. If you're having trouble doing that it may be best to contact someone in CRM instead of NetCommunity.
