BBNC SSL Renewal Reminder

When the SSL certificate for your Blackbaud NetCommunity site is up for renewal, organizations will need to work with Geotrust to validate that all information we have on file is correct. It is essential that organizations are responsive to all calls or emails from Geotrust to ensure the SSL certificate is renewed in a timely manner. If the SSL is not renewed prior to the expiration date, visitors will see a security warning on any secure page on the NetCommunity site.



You should receive notification from Geotrust that it is time to renew your SSL 60 days prior to the certificate expiration. This communication will be sent to the person who is designated on Blackbaud.com with the Blackbaud Hosting Primary Contact role.
