Form Creation Insight request: text field alignment and table content

Hello, I have created a form via NetCommunity.



In the form builder, the text fields are justified, ie. they line up.



When I apply the form as a part to a page, the text fields no longer line up when I preview the page.



Is there a way to publicly view the fields as lined-up or justified?



Extra question: Is there also a way to display a table with text fields in the form as well?
