Paying through Payroll Deduction.

Is it possible to add another option to the Pay Method? We offer our Associates the option of doing payroll deductions to pay their annual fund pledge. It would so helpful to have Payroll Deduction as a payment choice since Other is so broad.



Raiser's Edge is new to our finance and IT departments. They are trying to reconcile payments and are frustrated with sorting through all the "Other" pledges. They can drill down in other ways, but it would be so simple with a Payroll Deduction option.

Hey Carolyn,

I see two ways to handle this.

1) Have a separate donation page for the payroll deductions so that all the gifts have an attribute on them of that page.
2) Have a gift attribute on the form that employees are required to select. This will also be an attribute on the gift.
