Online Express shows Recent Errors

We have some errors reported from our donation form. It says:



Server was unable to process request. Invalid BBMS account credentials specified. Exception thrown by call to BBPS. A donation payment may have been cleared but HIGHLY unlikely. A transaction has been created, but not for download.



It then gives the details of the donor/transaction. However we were able to download the gifts. I can see them in our BBMS transactions. Any idea what caused these errors and if there will continue to be an issue? This is the same donation form we have been using since we moved over to Online Express.

It looks like there was a brief outage in BBPS last night, but this shouldn't cause you any issues since you were able to download the transactions. BBPS is now back to normal, so your forms should keep working as they did before.
