Boston Datacenter. Gah!!

There's really no where to put this and I guess I'm only posting it in a misery-loves-company sort of way - but it is SO IRRITATING that those of us who are hosted on the Boston Datacenter continue to have issues logging in to use Blackbaud products. It's been going on intermittently for WEEKS! It's just so frustrating and such a waste of our time.

  • I agree!  I don't spend a lot of time reading these blogs but I logged on this morning just to see if anyone else was posting about how frustrating this is!  I was a RE user for 14 years before switching jobs and recommending to my new employer that they purchase RE this year.  I am beginning to regret that very costly advice!  The only upside (if there is an upside) is that we are a small nonprofit.  I can't imagine what the larger nonprofits must be going through with this constant headache.

     
  • We too are very frustrated with the connection problems of the last several weeks. Last fall, we considered other hosting options, but decided to stick with Blackbaud Hosting. When the opportunity comes around again, there will be many fewer voices supporting staying.
  • Totally agree with all of you but in my almost 3 years of working in RE and being hosted, we've NEVER had this much trouble--it has to be the newest update.  I can't imagine there isn't a high priority on fixing this!!!!
