Overflow Error Message in Gift Batch Entry

Options
When our gift entry staff member goes to commit a gift batch, recently an error message pops up saying "Overflow." The gifts post to the appropriate records and are pulled in reports, but there is not query made from gift batch. Not sure what is going on or how to fix it. It started a month ago and is now happening more frequently. Any help would be great. Thanks

Have you checked the knowledgebase for info on your exact error?  Don't know if this is the correct solution, but it's one of several in knowledgebase.  I'd check their first, then for error issues, I'd check with support.

Edit the registry and rename the REINI_1 key under HKEY_Current_USER\\Software\\Blackbaud\\REIni_1. Name it OLD_REINI_1.

Note: Incorrect changes to registry settings can cause serious system problems that may be irreversible without reinstallation of the operating system.
