One thing we revisit often is writing letters for in kind donations and sponsorships. Does anyone have any sample wording they can share?

    One thing we revisit often is writing letters for in kind donations and sponsorships. Does anyone have any sample wording they can share?

    We just keep it simple.  Our letter says thank you for your gift of XXX.  Body of letter is primarily about how gifts help with our programs...help kids grow...change lives...

    At end of letter we include tax deduction statement when appropriate and then a description of the GIK donation. 

    Nothing too complicated for us.
