Does anyone have an example of an Appeal Grid?  A grid that lists the appeal, segmentation, date appeal released, number of constituents appeal goes to, etc.  Does anyone have anything like that? Hopefully an example that they are willing to share.

Are you looking for something like Reports > Campaigns, Funds and Appeals Reports > Appeal Summary List.  That the only suggestion I have.  We don't have an example other than that.

For us the canned reports did not have the information we needed, so we built custom reports with Crystal Reports, one that has all current year appeals, along with separate reports for each appeal that shows the following, per "lot" (similar to package in RE but a lot less of them):

• # mailed
• date of first gift
• # gifts
• projected response rate
• actual response rate
• projected revenue
• YTD actual revenue
• Actual Cost
• Average Gift
• ROI (Net)
• Cost Per Dollar Raised

No, not looking for a report.  I'm looking for a grid/table that shows the upcoming appeals, their audience, the number sent (based on the audience), when the appeal will be sent out, what's the esitmated ROI, etc.  I had a grid/table like that but I lost it and wanted to know if there were other places out there that kept something like this.  It's an informational tool used to inform about your appeals for the year to your staff, Director, VP, etc.

No, this would be an informational tool for what's coming down the pipleline.  Like what the appeals are, who they're appealing (the audience), how many solicitations were sent, etc.
