Proposals - When to enter them, when not to...

Hello,

 If you record proposals in RE in your office, would you please take just a minute to respond to this?  I'm wondering if you have criteria that has to be met before entering a proposal - like an amount, only MGOs, not special event asks, etc.  We currently enter any ask that an MGO makes of $10,000 or more and don't enter special event asks, but we're curious to know what everyone else is doing and why they do it that way.
