Summary Information not showing up

I have a gift summary information that I have in my Crystal report that is showing up as 0 and I know it isn't The field type says it is currency. Is there any way to show the actual amount of the summary?

Is it not showing up for everyone, or are just random records missing it? Did you right click on the field and choose 'browse data' to be sure that it really did export correctly?

Your question made me realize I had it set up incorrectly! I wasn't thinking it through all of the way. I had the summary information pulling out thinking it would do a summary for my appeal total, but it was doing it per person. Once I summarized the summary field in Crystal, the number came out correctly. Thank you!
