Cards Being Flagged for Fraudulent Payments Using BBMS

Hi,

Are there any UK based clients using BBMS synched up with Raiser's Edge having problems where donations are being flagged by credit card companies as potentially fraudulent? We have been speaking to support in the UK but have not been getting very far.

Particular issue is around trying to collect payments on AMEX cards with at least two of our donors having their cards stopped and reissued as the payment platform has been flagged as fraudulent. Although donors using Visa and one on Mastercard have also been flagged as potential fraud. All transactions are in GBP.

It would be good to hear of other users of BBMS in the UK who have not had any problems at all.
