Job Title Posting Date OrganizationRE Database Administrator 4/24/2013 Father Joe's Villages Job Description    The Database Administrator is an experienced development services professional who is primarily responsible for the operation, configuration, and maintenance of Father Joe's Village's and Partner Villages' database and associated computer systems. Duties include managing the recording, receipting and acknowledgment of gifts to Father Joe's Villages in the Raiser's Edge; constituent segmenting, tracking, and reporting; prospect management support; and Raiser's Edge management, supervision and training. The Database Administrator will help establish and maintain gift accounting process and procedures documents, as well as identify and implement improvements for procedures.This position requires a comprehensive understanding of gift processing principles and practices and IRS standards, a high level of professionalism, collegiality, self-motivation, organization, and familiarity with the goals and objectives of Father Joe's Villages and Partner Villages.  Qualifications    Duties and ResponsibilitiesGift and Membership Processing:
