Issuing replacement receipt using eReceipt in RE Mail

 Hi all,

Just wondering if eReceipting in RE Mail can also apply for issuing replacement receipt to send directly to the donor? I do use that function for issuing regular receipt and it works perfectly. However, I have trouble to populate old printed receipt number as I need to state "cancels and replaces # (old tax receipt number) issued on (date)". Any suggestion?

Hi Amy!  eReceipting is available in both Reissue Receipts and Reprint Receipts in the Mail module of The Raiser's Edge.  I wanted to let you know that we've identified an issue where the Previous Receipt Number field is blank (using either Export or Merge) when reprinting a receipt and the original receipt stack is blank.  We are currently evaluating this issue.  I hope this information is helpful.

Mark - when you say "we" do you work for Blackbaud? You should have that identified in your organization and in a signature preferably.
