Mailing and Letters - Gift Fields do not export

I have encountered a very frustrating problem with our  Raiser's Edge Database - none of the gift fields will export to a document. We have a couple template receipts that we have been using for years, and just recently, without making any changes to the receipts, the gift fields just stopped exporting from RE to the receipts. This is also the case with acknowledgement letters. Constituent information is still exporting, Name, address, and the receipt number, just none of the details about the gift itself will export.

 Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how this can be resolved?

    Fortunately, have not experienced this.  I would contact support for something like this.  Hope you get issue resolved easily.

    Mail templates can go corrupt. I hope you have backup copies of these templates - I ALWAYS suggest people have a second copy because having one go corrupt and having to re-create them is NOT fun.

    I can not say that this is the issue but I do think that support's first question will be "can you re-create the template and does the problem occur there? You will have to go through the process of re-creating your template and if the new one it works - they will just say that the old one was corrupt.
